Rhonda runs a highly efficient organization and believes in “full contact management.” Her managers not only engage with their people but also have intimate knowledge of what is happening on the front lines where the work is being done. I have worked with Rhonda for almost 17 years at multiple companies and I truly hope to work with her another 10 - or more.
— GERRY BERG, VP, Global Head of Technology Platforms, Estée Lauder Companies

I connect people from all around the globe and help make their lives & work better and easier through technology.

I lead companies and institutions towards implementing innovative tech, finding cost effective solutions, auditing existing IT, and mitigating risks.

I value full-contact management, hands-dirty collaboration, and thought-provoking relationships; using emotional intelligence, listening, and ethics to guide myself and my teams.

I believe true innovation comes through strategy, learning, technology, and quality.

I approach situations from a global perspective, evaluating both the audience and long-term goals individually, as solutions are not one size fits all.

For any company in any industry, I ask the same questions: How do you make the technology work? What makes the business work?

Running IT as a business, I try to consider the key factors of measurement, true transparency, and trust. My unbending mantra? Metrics are king—you can’t manage an environment if you don’t know your numbers.

My ten guiding principles are the embodiment of my philosophy and enable me to successfully enact my mission.
